Body: Dear Members,
Building Surveyors (BS) is now having a registration code under the Ministry of Finance (MOF). The registration code is 330209 Ukur Bangunan (Institut Juruukur Malaysia), under registration of “Perunding Perkhidmatan Fizikal Bukan Kejuruteraan”.
This code come into force starting from 2 May 2012. For the registration, the document needed by MOF is termed as “perakuan bertempoh”, which refer to registration under BS Division, Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), namely certification as Registered Building Surveyor (RBS).
Kindly be informed the RBS is different registration from the individual RISM membership.
